 Today's post as the title states is the health tip of the day, as I have mentioned before I will bring to you information from a broad spectrum that in my humble opinion are important for the individual/consumer in today's economy. With that said, below you will see the first of many tips which I will post to my blog.

 
Eating Nuts Improves Cholesterol Levels (HealthScout) UPDATED 2010-05-10 An analysis of previous studies has found that eating about a third of a cupful of nuts per day reduces people's levels of bad cholesterol and improves their blood fat profiles. But researchers caution that nuts have a high fat content, and thus people shouldn't eat more than this amount per day.
